Video teaser for the jazz label impulse!
From 2015 to 2016, I got the chance to voluntarily work for the jazz label impulse! and create 9 video teasers promoting their new releases, for artists John Scofield, Charlie Haden & Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Kenny Barron, Bill Charlap, Sarah McKenzie, Sullivan Fortner, Jacky Terrasson/Stéphane Belmondo et Stanley Clarke/Jean-Luc-Ponty/Biréli Lagrène (D-Stringz).
Founded in 1961 in the USA, Impulse! Records recorded some of the biggest names ever in jazz and stood out from the other labels by its design, mainly composed of orange and black, warm colors, dark and contrasted colors and a typography that always went directly to the point.
As a hardcore fan of this label, it sounded logical to my ears to keep this graphic signature.
